Staff courteous and helpful but as I had to revisit as recall message still appearing and another unrelated message appearing (emergency call not available) despite being told a full health check was carried out left me questioning workmanship.

My wife took her X3 for it service on 14 December. On 16 December warning symbol displayed on dashboard " Key fob battery discharged " Then on Sunday 18 December another warning symbol " engine malfunction" .I have : replaced battery in key fob.

It's very easy to always find faults and complaints but very rarely does anyone go out of their way to give praise... BMW Prentice went out of their way to sort my recall issue asap... cant thank them enough and the staff as always helpful & friendly

Fairly satisfied after 4 weeks waiting and taking annual leave to leave the car in in the first place, BMW collected and dropped of my car to my house as i was working

They didn't do anything other than change the back wiper which didn't need changed, they also topped up the oil 0.5 a litre and reset the service lights. The real reason this car was in was for a full service oil filters and break pad change

Thanks for cleaning the car, it needed it! Thanks for confirming the tyres are not run flats, and for checking the undercarriage and bending the metal back into place. Thanks for sorting the key issue and for leaving me into work. All amazing.

Excellent service, car was in for a recall, was able to avail of fabulous coffee and Paschal McAnenly who was assigned to me was second to none!! He organised a driver to bring me over to my work place then my car was brought to me when finished.

Everything was fine except for tampering with the radio which I have already mentioned...I don't think they realise how annoying it is to have your favourite station unsaved ..haven't been able to sort it satisfactorily since.

Anticipated 90 minute booking as per letter but took almost 5 hours for the update. Unaware of what to expect after the update. Phone disconnected. New driver option showing. Car opening differently etc

Person who dealt with me on site didn't seem pleased to be there. No introduction of name or any niceties as part of the experience. Poor collection notice. Pleased enough with the clean, but possibly a crack from the process on my boot lid spoiler

Only problem was I got a phone call to say my appointment made 1 month previously was going to be changed I pleaded that this should not happen as I had arranged my diary around it It was however reinstated for original booking was appreciated

Recently the maintenance technician advised my wife that the car was due a major service when it was only due a minor service. If my wife hadnt challenged the maintenance technician on this we would have been charge for something that wasn't required

Poor service had to get a lift home and back again to lift the car, two days later engine management light comes on and nearest appointment is over a month away and again told to leave the car. This all after a software update from a recall.

My car was fixed so quickly and they held it for me overnight as I couldn't get back down as I live about 30 minutes away. Everyone was so friendly and the receptionist I checked in with was so lovely.

I was left without a car due to a bolt breaking and stranding me at a garage miles from my home with no offer of a courtesy car. I had to make my own arrangements to get home and then further arrangement to come pick the car up.

Asked for a courtesy car as could not do without my car due to the nature of my shifts , was told enterprise do good rental deals. Left the car over at 7am with the promise of it being ready for lunch , got a phone call at 3.30pm to tell was ready

From my initial contact to book my car in for a service until the return of my car I know it is being worked on by skilled BMW technicians. The cost was very reasonable. All the staff are friendly, the coffee great, and showroom is spotlessly clean.

I would award 5 stars for prentice if they had at least one late night opening per week, mainly for picking up or dropping off my car for or from servicing etc, it's very difficult for me sometimes to make the 5:30 closing time with work commitment.
